This feature addresses a long-standing challenge for businesses using both HubSpot and Notion: the inability to seamlessly automate the creation of Notion pages and database items directly from HubSpot workflows. Linkle simplifies the process, helping you manage your data more effectively.
With Linkle, you can effortlessly bridge this gap by automatically creating Notion pages and database items directly from HubSpot workflows.
Let's dive in and set it up together!
Add Linkle actions to your HubSpot workflow
Open HubSpot workflow editor and add Linkle in "Choose an action" left sidebar.

Select Create Notion page or Create Notion database item action and configure it to your needs. You can use data variables from the workflow to personalize the page or database item.ℹ️Page status field in Create Notion database item action setup is optional and can only be filled if Notion database you've selected has the status property set up. Otherwise, the field will be grayed out and you will see "No options available" message.
Let's look at the example of the action setup:

The action is going to produce Notion Page URL value that you can use in the subsequent workflow steps.
💡Post it as a message in your collaboration tool(e.g. Slack, Discord, etc.) to let your team know about the new Notion page.Congratulations!
You have successfully created your first Notion page or database item directly from HubSpot workflows. In addition to this, Notion page is automatically associated with the HubSpot record once the page is created.
You will also see the comment on the Notion page that tells which HubSpot record is associated with it.
Note: You can find Notion Page IDs property in the HubSpot record properties. It's is going to inlcude a list of Notion page IDs that are associated with the HubSpot record. Do not edit or delete this property manually as the association logic is based on this property.
Bonus Tip: Preview Notion pages on CRM record page
If youset up Linkle integration cards in your HubSpot record details page, you can now see the Notion page in the HubSpot record details page.
